Proper ballast installation ensures your kart meets class weight requirements while maintaining correct balance and safety. This service includes securely mounting each weight with precision drilling and hardware installation.

Service Includes (Per Weight):

• Positioning of weight for proper balance and distribution

• Drilling of mounting holes through seat or frame tab

• Installation of hardware (hardware sold separately)

• Tightening and safety inspection of all installed weights

• Final check for clearance and secure mounting

All weights are installed to meet both safety standards and class regulations.
