The steering column is the core of your kart’s steering system. This service ensures that any bent, worn, or damaged steering columns are replaced to maintain proper steering response and driver control.

Service Includes:

• Removal of existing steering column

• Inspection of bearings, bushings, and hardware for wear or damage

• Installation of new steering column (parts sold separately)

• Alignment of steering wheel and tie rods

• Torque and secure all fasteners to specification

• Final steering operation check for smooth and centered movement

Recommended anytime the steering column shows signs of bending, binding, or wear from impacts or extended use.
