• Full chassis assembly from bare frame

• Installation of all steering, brake, drivetrain, and electrical components

• Installation and alignment of 4-stroke engine package

• Full nut & bolt torque check

• Brake system setup and bleeding

• Chain alignment and tensioning

• Seat install and positioning (seat not included)

• Initial carburetor setup and engine start-up verification

• Final safety inspection and test run
