Axle Change – Bent

Replacing a bent axle restores drivetrain alignment, eliminates vibrations, and ensures the kart handles and performs correctly. Bent axle replacement requires extra care to inspect for any related component damage.

Service Includes:

• Removal of bent axle

• Inspection of axle bearings, carriers, sprocket carrier, brake rotor, hubs, and keyways for damage or wear

• Cleaning of carriers and inspection of alignment surfaces

• Installation of new axle (axle sold separately)

• Alignment and positioning of sprocket carrier, brake rotor, and hubs

• Chain alignment and proper chain tensioning

• Full torque check on all hardware

Recommended immediately after any heavy impact, curb strike, or when vibration or drivetrain issues are detected.
